Dr William Webb FREng

William Webb joined Ofcom as Head of Technology Resources in 2003 where he leads on key policy and research activities. He worked previously for a range of communications consultancies in the UK and spent three years providing strategic management across Motorola’s entire communications portfolio. William has published ten books, is a Visiting Professor at Surrey University and a Vice President and Fellow of the IET.
