By submitting your name and postal address, you are consenting to have a printed version of Ingenia delivered to you each quarter. Your personal information is collected and stored securely. We will only use it for the purpose of:

communicating with you and managing your subscription of Ingenia
sending you Ingenia quarterly each year
use by us internally as an organisation to carry out a biennial readers’ survey to inform Ingenia’s content development.

We will share your personal information with certain third parties who provide services to us, for example the mailing house that distributes Ingenia, but we will take steps to ensure that your personal information is protected. Details of how we do this are set out in our privacy notice.
